A: Now you can have all the features of NetTeller Online Banking, plus the ability to pay your bills online. Depending on which type of payment you select, payees will receive electronic payments or a check in the mail. To save you time in the future, recurring payments can also be set up.
A: NetTeller supports Netscape Navigator 4.7 and higher and Internet Microsoft Explorer 5.0 and higher. AOL and other browsers need to verify that your version supports SSL encryption. For added security, we recommend that you download the latest browser version, which supports 128-bit encryption.
A: NetTeller has a 10 minute time-out feature. If you are logged in for 10 consecutive minutes without using the program, you will have to log in again to resume banking.
A: You are allowed 3 attempts to enter your PIN. If unsuccessful after the 3rd attempt, you will be locked out of NetTeller for a 24 hour time period. After the 24 hour period, you may attempt to log in again. Immediate access may be regained by calling Farmers and Merchants Bank during regular business hours.
Q: When viewing my current transactions, why do I see electronic transactions and NetTeller transfers duplicated?
A: You may see electronic transactions, which include NetTeller transfers, twice during our "end of day processing". End of day processing is required for your transactions to be updated. This process begins at the end of each banking day and can last several hours. The duplicate transactions will disappear at the end of the processing day.
A: NetTeller Online Banking is FREE to all Farmers and Merchants Bank customers.
A: Yes. Most software packages allow you to download account information from NetTeller. Once enrolled, link to the HELP function to obtain step by step directions for downloading. However, please be aware that each software package is different, depending on the version and the format chosen for the download.
