The Xpress Banking Service is your 24-hour connection to the Farmers and Merchants Bank, giving you immediate access to the information you need most often. With Xpress Banking you can quickly and easily: |

Using Xpress Banking |

Before using Farmers and Merchants Bank's Xpress Banking Service, make sure you have your account number(s) handy. It appears at the top of your statement or the bottom middle of your check. Also have your Personal Identification Number (PIN) available. The first time you call, your PIN will be the last four digits of the social security or tax ID number (if a business) of the name that appears first on your account. You will then be instructed to change your PIN to a new four digit number that only you know. |

In order to be able to transfer funds between accounts at our bank, we require written authorization from the account owners. Please feel free to e-mail, call, or stop in at any of our convenient locations and ask to speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives about the telephone funds transfer option. |

You can access the Xpress Banking Service by doing the following: |

Call (260) 637-3151, from any touch tone phone. Some phones have a tone or pulse button. Please make sure yours is on the tone mode. |

Wait for the greeting, then follow the simple instructions given to you over the phone. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose. To access these selections, press the corresponding number(s) on your telephone. |
