PHILOSOPHY
Farmers and Merchants Bank was founded in 1914, in LaOtto, Indiana, as a private community banking institution. The Bank continues to be a dynamic, progressive financial institution, offering a broad range of low-cost, quality products and services to our retail, commercial, and municipal customers. We distinguish ourselves from our competition by our commitment to excellence in evaluating, identifying, and modifying our products and services to meet our customers' ever-changing financial needs.
Our objective is to maintain a high level of asset quality and management integrity.
